IMPACT

IMPACT is a new approach to thinking about and leading differently because of social.  Not simply doing social, i.e. putting up Facebook fan pages, Twitter Accounts, YouTube channels, or LinkedIn Groups, but becoming a social organization.

The IMPACT Model consists of six distinct and iterative stages: Immerse, Member, Participate, Accredit, Community, Transform.  Here is what the model looks like:
